We Love the Ranch!

Ford is looking at the champion calf handlers! He someday wants to be just like them!

Ford got right there in the action watching the branding and watching daddy.

Ford got more comfortable with the horses towards the end of the trip.

Here is Izabel and Elli doing their job scaring the calfs into the coral. The fun didn't last too long because Izabel just about got ran over by a calf. She would have if Uncle Chad hadn't saved her.

Here is everyone checking up on Izabel to make sure she was okay. She was fine once she got back to work scaring the calfs.

We could not find Izabel, there she was in the big loader loving it! When Ford saw he had to get in too.

Dad took them for a ride in the loader, it was nice that Adam got to use this big machinery for the concrete job instead of his strong back.

Here is Izabel on the horse with Grandpa McGee, she was a little nervious if you can't tell from the expression on her face.

When Ford saw Izabel freaken out on the horse he freaked out too. Thank goodness Grandma Zan was there.

Here is the first day of branding. Grandpa McGee is still going strong doing that hard work!

May means get the garden ready!

Ford loves to throw, especially dirt! He loves to throw the dirt in his hair. So at the end of the day I have a dust covered little boy!

Here are the kids getting dirty as usual. Izabel loves digging in the dirt finding bugs and worms.

Here is Grandpa Doug rototilling our garden. Uncle Jay cut down a big tree that was in the way of the garden and Adam dug out the stubborn stump and roots. All I have to do now is get the garden planted!

Here is a close up of Ford show casing his new hair cut if you can tell, he looks taller now and a lot older with his new do.

What's New

Ford the Mud Monster who loves to eat dirt!

Ford loves playing outside! He would be outside all day if he could. We are all loving the nice warmer weather and working outside as a family. We recently layed sod in the front yard. It made our house look so much better. We also have a fence in the front yard to contain the kids in one area(this I really love). Ford is now going down slides all by himself. He loves it!

Izabel loves her kitchen, she plays with it everyday. Her favorite things to cook are rice and chicken, hot chocolate, fries, and popcorn. Izabel just had her 3rd birthday! Hard to believe she is three. She is acting so much older and talking so much. Here is a picture of her eating her colorful icecream. She bought her own icecream with the birthday money Grandma Zickgraf sent her.

The picture of Adam is after a long days work at Watershed aka Poop Plant where Adam has been working the last 5 months. The job is just about done and Adam is finally home before 6:00pm now, its nice. Izabel had fallen and he still had enough energy to comfort his little dippy.

Ready for the Wedding

Here is Izabel and Ford all ready for Uncle Ryan and Aunt Kristie's Wedding. They both got new outfits for the happy occasion.

Update on the Zickgraf's

Hello Family and Friends!

The Zickgraf Family finally has the internet and is going to keep up better with those far away and near. We hope all is going well for our family and friends. We think of you often and have you in our thoughts and prayers.

Time is flying by so fast! It is almost mid-March and our Izabel will be 3 years old on the 30th of this month. She is growing up so fast. She loves Barney now! She loves to dance and sing the songs to the Barney videos she loves to watch. She is getting taller and more independent every day. She is getting dressed on her own, brushing her teeth, getting food for herself(which I hate), and riding her tricycle like a pro now. She loves to read books too and right now we are reading up together on gardening. She loves learning about the different vegetables and fruits and is looking forward to this year's snap peas, they are her favorite vegetable. Ford is our boy who loves to be outside. If it is a sunny day and he is not outside he is whining at me to go out side. He loves to get into the dirt and and throw things. He is walking well now and is getting faster everyday. Ford is saying and learning new words everyday too. Every morning he points to everyone is our little family and says Ma Ma, Daaa, and Iz and when we say Ford he points to himself. He likes to point to his eyes, nose, teeth, and head. He also likes it when Izabel and I sing the head shoulder knees and toes song. He is already 16 months old! Soon to be a year and a half. As for the parents of the family we are doing well and staying very busy. Together we are working on our yard a lot, which I absolutely love! We are putting grass in our front yard with a swing set and our back yard is going to be our garden. We are going to put up a fence in the back yard to keep me sane. Other wise I can't get anything done with out running after Ford before he gets to the street, or keeping Izabel out of the house rummaging through my purse for gum. Adam is busy with work which we are very thankful for. I am busy keeping up the books and making flyer's for new work. We love this time of year and are looking forward to the up coming months.

I hope all is well to all those we love and miss!

Love,

Cindy, Adam, Izabel, & Ford
